Juniper Mason is an affordable housing development firm with a mission to improve the lives of those it touches, from residents and neighbors; to owners and investors. It accomplishes this by providing homes to individuals across the income spectrum and providing opportunities for investors to do well by doing good. Juniper Mason is committed to keeping rents reasonable so tenants can thrive; improving the properties to benefit residents and communities alike, and providing stable returns to ideologically – aligned investors.
Founder
Juniper Mason was founded in 2019 by Jeanne Marie Coronado who was driven by the belief that mission-driven impact investment from private individuals could help create and preserve affordable housing outside of the typical funding methods used by the industry. Bringing 15 years of experience in various aspects of affordable housing, with an emphasis on finance, Ms. Coronado seeks to create stable, thriving communities by partnering with investors seeking to make an impact.
